Looking at a '93 F150

I am looking at a 93 F150 4x4 with the 5.0. I wanna put some 39-42" tires under it. So, my question is: How much lift would I have to do in order to fit a 42" tire? Would I have to have a lift custom built or is there one made that would work...? Thanks in advance for the help.

To do it without breaking things you would have to do an SAS. Whats an SAS you ask? If you dont already know then you wont be able to handle it.

If you want to run 42s get a 3/4-1 ton truck that already has the running gear to handle tires this big.
