I also had a locksmith come to my place to make a new key after I realized my key was not in my hand anymore after tossing trash into back of garbage truck...Nothing as fancy as the previous post....This guy took a blank and with a file cut me a key in about 5 minutes....of course he didn't have a truck....but he was the cheapest I believe(go figure)....I believe the cost was 75 bucks and that was about 8 years ago......
Also my 94 uses square key for door and ignition...round is for glove box

i havce a 91 and have two keys, one round for the doors, and one square for the ignition. i used to work for a ford dealership and they can only go back 10 years on a vin number for key codes, i would def. look into a locksmith.
