Tailgate Handle relocater kit?

Hey, I'm lookin' at a Sir Micheals tailgate handle relocater kit on Stylin' Trucks.com and I wondering how the filler plate mounts? Do you weld? How.. and how easy or hard will it be to do?
Thanks

you weld it in place of the hole you take out for the handle, not on top.

its very hard to do for most novice welders, because the metal is sooo thin, it warps easily due to heat. So you may end up with a few dents if you dont do it right.

Alright thanks man. Yea I didn't know if you welded them into place or not, 'cause I know alot of people said it was easy to install it but I got to lookin' at it and I thought you would have to do it so that's why I asked.. Maybe could get it welded and painted for a fairly good price somewhere..
Thanks again,
Ethan
