i6 more power

what if anything could I do to my inline6 96 f150 short bed single cab to get more power out of it... without supercharger/turbocharger.. any thoughts?

Maintain it religiously. Insulate the intake tubes, install a K&N drop-in filter (not any open-element), and get a slightly larger exhaust (for better flow).

comp cams produces a cam for the inline 6, it retails for around $380. that or check out www.cliffordperformance.com
