front susp. question

how is the ttb 4x4 and the 73-79 4x4 suspension similar?

It's not similar. The TTB is a unique driven IFS. The older front suspension is a solid drive axle. Go to FSB & look thru the SAS forum.

im sorry, i shouldve explained more of what i ment, i understand that one is a solid axel and the other is independent, i was lookin at my 94's front suspension like the radius arms and the coil location and my friends 78 f150's radius arms and coil mounts, and was wondering if anyone has atempted this swap.

sorry for the misunderstanding
