Headers??
If they're made for the truck they should fit without issue, but you'll need an entire new exhaust system fabbed up. I believe Hooker sells a header-back kit that just requires a pair of mufflers if you don't have the equipment to do it yourself, or the cash for a custom one.
You also need to consider emissions. In some states, you aren't allowed to change the design of the factory exhaust, so you'd have to go with Shorty headers and keep the stock Y-Pipe.

They will also allow the engine to run a bit cooler and increase MPG.
If you intend to keep cats on the engine, they will not work as well as they are designed due to not recieving as much heat as they do with cast manifolds. This is why the govt doesn't like LT headers on emission controlled vehicles.
You will also need to put your o2 sensors in the headers.
I assume your's has 2 sensors.
If not, I don't know how to put one and make it accurate in dual exhaust.
That is why I don't put LTs on my 90 model.
You can't put your sensors after the header because they will not read properly. Not enough heat.
Do an advanced search for a member with username "beastie". He had a '95 he put long tubes and full custom exhaust on, and had serveral threads on it.
I'd search for you, but I'm lazy right now.
