Cool Steering Adjustments?

I have a 95 150 xlt supercab 4x4 5.8L, keeping the truck straight going down the road can be like sawing wood! The only thing that needs replaced in front end is the pass side ball joints, they are not that bad yet, its just replacing them isnt too much fun i did the driver side last year. I have heard that you can make some adjustments at the gear box? Anyone herd or know anything?

You can find an article on adjusting the steering box preload in the Tech Writeups forum on FSB.

But it's more likely that there are SEVERAL parts in your front end that need to be replaced or adjusted. All the suspension bushings, the tie rod ends, camber cams, wheel bearings...
