INJECTORS: How many and what kind?

INJECTORS: How many and what kind?
How many and what kind are on the stock 302 (96 f150 eddie bauer). What kind would you guys upgrade to? Also what does 19 lbs/hr mean for these MSD injectors I saw on th 4 wheel parts dot com website.

I have always been told that the stock injectors are 19lbs/hr injectors, but Accel claims that 21lbs/hr injectors are oem replacement. Those are what I am running. They work perfectly with my setup.
