Questions about some mods for my 93' Flareside

Yeah, I had some questions about about maybe modifying my old 93 F-150. The truck has 164K on it, but it has a new 302 engine, rebuilt transfer case and a rebuilt e4od tranny. I recently got a hold of a 2001 SVT Cobra and I also have a 99' F-150 I use as an every day driver. Right now my 93' is collecting dust, but I wanna maybe do some things to it, it was my first truck and I ain't gonna sell it or watch her rot. Heres what I have in mind: My brother had a 94' Mustang GT he totaled and he sold me the engine out of it for $500. It's a 302 - DSS Level 10 2-Bolt Main block, and it also has twin turbos on it and a hell of an exhaust system. I would like to maybe put this motor in my 93', BUT, I am not sure what to change over (his 302 is like a 12:1 compression engine, MSD ignition system, larger injectors, cold air intake, AFR 205 Heads??? and so on + the turbos) Would it be possible to put all of that junk in my 93'? And how much work would it need? Also, I don't know exactly how the turbos work, but would I need to rebuild my tranny to be stronger to handle the more power or what? Oh and he does have a cobra intake manifold on it. I would appreciate some advice, Thanks!

you want to get as much as you can from the Donner car. IE wiring and all connections computer if possible. I don't think it will be that much work involved with that swap.

it should be a screamer.

Thanks for the response!

The 94' is actually in my back yard right now, my dad gave it to me in January of last year and I sold it to my brother in April and he went all out on it. But, me having an e4od tranny, doesn't that run on the engine factory computer and all? So how does that work?

The truck isn't gonna run like a Mustang, even with that engine. The cam isn't designed for that much weight, and it'll be a dog. It'll also wear the engine much faster than normal, for basically the same reasons.

I'd either put the whole Mustang engine/trans/computer into a car, or sell it & buy a good truck engine for the truck.

If the motor is turboed chances are its not 12:1 compression. When having a boosted engine and high compression dont mix well, or atleast in a gas engine. Even my friends eagle talon turbo only running 15lbs of boost has a 8.5:1 compression ratio.
