Programmers and Tuners
Well yall i finally got my truck runnin..idle needed to be reprogrammed...i want to get a programmer and reset my top speed limiter..would the programmer for a 1996 bronco work

Any programming is code specific.
If you're considering Superchips talk to Troyer on the chips forum. He has all kinds of stuff for just about any Ford truck you'll find. In your case it will be a chip rather than a programmer, but he can remove the speed limiter as well as a number of other things.

Go to the cip section in the forums, I did and the next day Troyer replied telling that there was one for my 94 5.0 leter F150 and by the sounds of what the chip clames to do for my truck it will be either the next thing I get or a new throttle body that is all so for sale on the troyer website. You must look at these 2 goddies the chip and throttle body.
