Hey everyone...i dont know but this may be an out of place question for this section but i didnt know where else to ask....i am looking to buy a 2002 ford ranger 4 cly. 5 spd single cab short bed xlt. 2wd alloy wheels...90k miles...its from a dealership and everything they said is in excellent cond. and the truck looks great...they were asking 7k for it on the net...i called them up and offered them 6k cash and they called me back after talking it over and said they would give it to me even lower for 5900 dollars! so i said ok and put my name on it...i am planning on looking at it this Saturday and most likely buying it...if everything is in great shape like they say...do you guys think im getting a great deal?? im paying appox 500 dollars over trade in book value and roughly 2k under suggested retail book value....good deal or ok deal or bad deal???

take it to YOUR not thier YOUR well trusted mechanic.. and make sure they have like 30 days if you find anything wrong with it they will replace for no fee.. carmax does that
