Steve's junkyard has 3 like this right now.
You can have the one with all the printing worn off (but the **** itself still looks perfect) for $5 total by USPS Priority (if you're in the US). Or the one with faded printing (again, the **** is fine) for $6, or the one that looks almost new for $7. If you want one, read the top half of this post & e-mail me.

It's more difficult to remove the shaft than the ****, but yes, it can be done. You just pull the **** all the way out, then hold the button on the switch housing, & pull the shaft out. You can use it to turn the lights off as long as you don't push too hard. Pushing it back in firmly is all it takes to put it back.
