Hello,
My 93 F150 Ext. Cab 4X4 does the same thing when I make a left turn. I have posted a thread brfore and got no help. I have brand new Warn manual locking hubs and have jacked the front up and hand spun the tires to make sure the axle shafts are not staying engaged. They are not. I cannot figure it out for anything. I'll keep looking on here for any updates. Good luck buddy.

Whats up guys!
I had the same prob w/ my 250. It turns out it was my steering box. It was slightly loose. I just cranked down the 3 bolts attaching it to the frame. I had to remove the bolts completely then clean the threads out and reinstall them w/ some anitsieze. The treads were all gummed up and nasty with rust and mud. Try that first before you do anything.
