Should be mounted to the airbox.

Remove the airbox lid, and the air filter. The sensor should be mounted to the lower portion of the box.

The location depends on what type of engine you have: MAP or MAF. How many large hoses come out of the air filter cover? MAF (1 hose) should have the ACT in the filter cover; MAP (2 hoses) should have it in the lower intake, L side, center, under the fuel rail.
