Ways to convert SD to MAF?
I know about the $700 FMS kit.
I have a 90 Model with 5.0 and HD Auto tranny.
Can I use the computer and MAF from a slightly newer truck with same engine and tranny?
I have access to a junkyard overflowing with early 90s pickups with 302s and MAFs.
Anyone done something like this and saved 700 clams?

search for it on here...or FSB..it can be done easily if you get alll the stuffoff a truck like you said then do it... i wanna do it but like you said 700 clams,no way...i'm looking for yards in Jersey...good luck
