At 100,000 miles it should be ready for it's first oil change
Other than that nothing special, i do a full tune up and change the trans and diff fluids about every 30,000 miles or so. If those havent been done recently nows a good time. Other than that just give it a good look over, check all your suspension parts for free play, make sure no bushings are excessively rotted or falling apart. If you live in a snowy salty area the rear spring brackets usually rust apart and break at about that age so check those over. We have a 95 with 190,000 on it and havent done much more than brakes, oil changes, tune ups, a clutch, a gas tank, those spring brackets, and an egr valve.

The trip to work is 7 miles so it never really get warm. I clean/flush the trans fluid every 60,000 miles and have not problems with the trans. Oil gets changed every 6 months since it does not see much over 7000 miles per year now. Put in new plugs, rotor, dist cap last fall. Have the front end aligned yearly. The steering does have some play in the center position. I have heard that the steering box has some adjustment - may try to tighten it up this Christmas vacation. The cruise control went on the 'fritz' after the 'anti-burn-up' wiring harness was installed. Don't use the cruise much in my 7 mile daily trip.
Trying to keep this truck in good shape until I retire in 10 years so I can restore it. I ordered this truck and got it just like I wanted so I want to keep it. The only thing done to it is driving lights and a CD player to replace the cassette player that cme with the truck new. The CD player is from a 90's something Ford product and looks like it came from the factory.
Actually I like the '94 much better than the '05 F150 that I had. Had is correct!
