Power Outlet 92 F150

My power outlet is not working, but my cigar lighter is. I checked the fuse first and it was good. Then I pulled the socket out and tested the blue/white wire for power, and there is none. I double checked the cigar lighter and fuse, they have power. Pulled the ashtray out and noticed a junction box behind it. From a visual standpoint everything looks in order. No loose wires or burned ones from what I can see. Anyone have a hint on this one? Thanks!!!

It has its own fuse, fuse #9 is a Light Blue 15 Amp fuse. Fuse #9 is in the cab fuse panel.

If one's working, then just go to the auto store and buy a splitter for like $5 if you need multiple things plugged in at once.

My cig lighter doesn't work, but since I don't smoke I don't care.
