89 F150 dying after being started?

I have an 89 F150 with the 302. Alot of times after I start it and let it idle for a little bit it will die. I just replaced the plugs and wires. Should I replace the cap and rotor also?

Thanks.

I have an 89 ford that would die at stop lights. I have 3 fuel pumps and i replaced the high pressure one and it ran ok after that.

No check engine light on. I haven't had a problem with it dying after its warmed up either. It just seems weak when it is first started. I had a 95 dodge ram that done the same thing on cold starts.

Thanks.
