Biggest tires for 89 4x4

What is the biggest size tire that will fit on an 89 F-150 4x4(15 in. rims). From everything I have heard, It is 31x10.50. I want 33's but was told that I would have to trim the fender wells. Anyone know? thanks

What's wrong with trimming the bumper back a bit?

I've heard that some guys put spacers in the bumper mounts to push it forward a bit. I haven't tried it, so I can't say how well it works. I'd trim it.

33s fit no problem on the 80-86. 87-96 you have to take your bumper off and throw some washers in there to space it forward.

I can honestly say I've never seen a Bronco with chrome reverse rims and baby moons.

Thanky, nope, no moons on FSB either. Those front caps are custom made too. Got em in June to go with all the Lariat trim and show off the 33's
