Hey, does anyone know where I'd be able to find the center caps that go on my rims?

None of the rims have a center cap on them, so I dont really know what to look for. Also, I've never seen these rims on any other F150 in this area either.
As you might be able to see in the pic(sorry for quality, but my scanner stinks), it only has one screw hole, where as my previous F150 with regular rims had three. Any input would be helpful..
