Well guys for the 1st time in 10 years i havent owned an F-150. I kept having problems with my 93 and with my escort totaled in the driveway it was our primary vehicle. So One day as my wife was picking me up from work 3rd gear went out In my Auto tranny. As bad as it hurt i drove to a dealer down the road from my house and bought a new Kia Rio. I know its a long ways from my truck but with all my issues and gas prices i really didnt have a choice.The owner of the dealership took a special intrest in the ole girl and went out on a limb to bring her back to life. After a tranny, catalytic converter, and a fuel pressure regulator o and he had the seat totally recovered it's as good as new. I pass it everyday on my way home and now im considering buying it back. He's asking 5,500 for it which i dont think is to bad. But either way i will buy me another ford truck before winter. But the moral of the story i know they can sometimes be a headache but if you get rid of it and move onto something else you'll regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm gonna stay on top of this forum and try and stay active because i know i'll need it again in the future.
