Replacing the Belt 95 f150

Has anyone ever replaced the belt on a 95 f150 3.9 6...long wheel base? MIne broke yesterday and i got the belt today and was wondering how to go about replacing it. Is it very hard and about how long does it take. Thanks for all of your help. BJ

It should not be hard. Does it have a belt digram under the hood. If so just follow it to route the belt put a ratchet on the tensioner and slip the belt in place. Nothing to it. If you dont have a digram auto zone web site will let you see one. Good luck.

Very simple once you do it once. Do you still have the sticker on the radiator support showing the routing? If not, it is still easy. Go outside all the ribbed pullies and around the "inside" the smooth pullies. Use a long wrench on the tensioner pully to pull to the left and silp the belt around everthing. Also I always carry a spare in all the trucks.
