Retrax, Fold-A-Cover or Bak-Flip?
As some of you know, I have been researching tonneau covers for my 95 supercab short bed. I have narrowed my choices to Retrax, Fold-A-Cover and Bak-Flip and am interested in your experiences with these products. For my purposes, the most important features are:
1. A cover that can be locked and perhaps lock the tailgate with it.
2. A cover that is watertight.
3. A cover that is fairly easy to install and affords the most flexibility for the use of the bed.
It would be a bonus if I could still use bed rails/covers and I may be adding an over the rail line-x application (I have a Ford OEM over the rail bed liner now), so the cover would need to work well with that. I know over the years, there have been various discussions on these products, but I am interested in how folks who may have had these products for a while feel about them now. How well did they hold up, etc.?
I'll be away for a bit but will check the board when I can. I'll definitely pour through the comments when I get back, so keep 'em coming. And thanks in advance for sharing your feedback.
