Pipe size is pretty easy to find. Just figure out were you're going to put it nad the take a tape measure and measure the out side diameter (O.D.). I have a 95 I6 and it is 2'1/4" O.D. Be carefull on were you put it. I just measured the O.D. and then bought a flowmaster and couldn't put it were i wanted it because it was going to hit the tranny. i would check the space and then buy a muffler (of your liking of course) that will fit in the space. Also check for possible fuel lines around the area.
I will know how your feeling in a couple of weeks when I put my truck in the body shop to get some minor damge fixed it will be a tough 3 days without my truck when I do put it in the shop.
