Someone please help with a 94XLT

My neighbor has a 94XLT and cannot figure out what the problem is that he has. He isnt getting any power. Well, first it wouldnt turn over so he changed the starter. No luck! Then he changed the battery. No luck! Then he went for the alternator. No luck! Thought it was maybe the battery cablesso he changed them out. No luck! Then was told it should be the fusable link. No luck!
Any ideas what he can do next?

Starter..... $85
Battery..... $65
Alternator..... $75
Battey cables..... $15-$100
Hours of Labor..... $200 (if you value your time)
Good electrician....... PRICELESS

Sorry, couldn't pass it up.

Is ther no battery power anywhere? Or just won't crank over. May be starter relay (some call it a solenoid). Does it have a alarm with starter lockout? The fue links are wires that attach to the starter relay (some call it a soilenoid) they feel diferent than standard wire and have factory installed eyelets.

Hope this helps.

Try the starter solenoid. It's like $15, and easy as pie to replace.

Stop randomly throwing parts at it.

Get a multimeter and start checking for continuity. Start at the battery (-) and make sure you have good grounds to the engine block and the chassis. Then go to the battery (+) and check every single wire and device until you find a problem. Check all device grounds as applicable.

Do as StrangeRanger said and then check to see if you have 12V at the Red wire with a Blue stripe at the starter relay. That spade terminal where it is crimped on its wire gives a lot of problems also.

Here is a diagram.
