New Member here with a 95XLT F150

Hey guys i just got a 95 XLT. The body has 280k on it. The motor has about 30k on a rebuilt with a heavy cam. I am not sure of the duration of it. It also has a set of Hooker Comp headers. I have figured out i had to turn the wires around so they would not melt. Don't worry i am studying on my ASE and it is not something that will harm or put a damper on the ignition system. This is a temp solution till i can get a set of Taylor Full metal jacket wires. The EGR system on it is bad it throws a check engine light. I was wondering if there was a way to remove it on the 5.0 EFI motor. It has a few vacumn leaks i am tending to right now, blown exhaust manifold gasket. I am wondering what can i do. I don't use the motor too much for towing i am sure i will use it a few times once i purchase my bike over these xmas holiday's and possibly a friend's Jet Ski. What should i do guys thanks for any help i appreciate it.

Get your vacuum system set up solid and your EGR should work fine.
