Rear Springs

I have a 93 f-150, where is a good place to get a pair of rear spring packs for the truck? I would like to get a heavy duty set if possible. Thanks

Try Jeffs Bronco Graveyard, i've bought lift springs from them before for my 1992 F-150, they probably have heavy duty ones as well. I don't remember the web address offhand but if you do a search for them it should come right up.

You probably have 4 leaf springs now, you can put a five leaf pack on it from the salvage yard for about $100.00, the yard should be able to get you the correct ones, just be aware you're going to have a thicker pack and a greater arch, lifted my rear about 3"-4"

Sorry to bring the second old topic up, but this one has sparked my curiosity, if you were to do this could you removed those pesky stock blocks? and run true leafs to get approx stock height, and not have to use blocks?

When I replaced the 4 leaf with 5 leaf, it brought the rear up about 4" over stock. I was intending to just lift the front end to bring things level, but not feasible at this time, so I removed the stock blocks last week and it brought the rear back down to almost stock, I've run it all over and towed a few heavier loads since and I haven't had any problems.

Why not use F-250 springs?

What would this accomplish, basically, I am a very spirited driver, and this killed my shocks. Didnt bother me, because as they were going, I had axle hop issues, so now I dont have axle hop, i just get alot of rear end squat and brake dive...Well, now ive noticed that its killed the leafs as well, they are very weak now. I dont know what to do, other than I need new leafs (and shocks + tires, but I work at NTB, so thats no biggy). One thing that I have always wanted to do was cut that massive factory block in the rear out, and make it a true leaf only suspension, and if I can do that, It would be cool!
