intake mainfold and throttle body

ok well i posted a while back saying i was getting a manifold from a mustang that was P&P....well that fell through and i got a manifold from a stang and its an 87, looks like i will be porting and polishing it or whatever i can do....but i had a main question and that was if i don't get the entire manifold on....could i take the throttle body and put it on b/c i hate the two tube deal that the throttle body has now and if i could do it myself i could also get rid of all the airbox junk....lemme know what ya's think.....

The twin throated T/B and split intake plenum is designed to promote mid-range torque, something most people need and want in a heavy truck. The Mustang intake may end up costing you rerformance if you ever tow or haul anything.
