Arrow Wire bundle/plug in glovebox, 1985

I have a 1985 F250 with a 460

In the glove box, there is a bundle of 7 wires with a big gray connector (one is red with a yellow stripe?)

What is it for? It looks kind-of like a code reader plug but, isn't it supposed to be by the hood hinge?

Is a picture possible?

Is there voltage at the connectors?

Give me about 10 minutes. I have pics and wire colors for you. My old 84 has this same plug in the glove box.

I can't say for sure cause it has been a long time, but I think there is a buzzer that plugs into it. They are usually mounted behind the glove box. There are a few things that make the buzzer go off so each wire may go to a different curcuit.

headlights left on
seat belt
keys left in ignition

these are few that come to me real quick.

It's for the Seat Belt Timer/Warning Buzzer.

My uncle has a beater that has the buzzer, I'm gonna go swipe it from his truck next time I'm there....

Yeah, I've heard it, but I want it still.

I leave the lights on all the time in the truck. I've already replaced the battery once, which I attribute to the battery going dead on a almost daily basis (IE everytime I drive at night)
