How do you put the rear seat down?

How do you put the rear seat down?
I have a '94 sxt cab, and I can't seem to find the latch to lower the rear seat. Can anyone help?

My '95 has a very short strap at the back of the bottom part of the seat, that allows you to pull it forward. Then the backrest part of the seat has a lever in the upper corner, passenger side, that allows it to be folded down flat.
