302 to 351 swap....Info on 1990 351W

I am doing a 351 swap (I hope). I have found a rebuildable 1990 351 in a local yard for $175. Can anyone tell me some info I may need to know about the 1990 351 from an F-250? Is it a roller block? Speed density? I can also get the computer. It is going in my 1990 F-150, so I would guess this may be good.
I have heard that a 1994 is the best 351 to look for....any insight on if this would be good (or bad) is appreciated.

Thanks!

I just did a 302 to 351 swap on my 82. Here is what I learned:

-the 302 accessory brackets for the AC and powerstering do not work on the 351, i had to get 351 ones at the junk yard

-the exhause for the 302 probably won't hook up to the 351, since the 351 will be a shade higher.
