Is the "leather" steering wheel "wrap" replaceable?

 

I'm not sure if you can replace it or not but when my started cracking and eventually tore i just went to autozone and bought a steering wheel cover the same color as my interior and not only does it look better than factory but it's a whole lot more comfortable............
