For future reference, towards the end of the KOER self test (after about 90 seconds or so), the idle slowly drops to the point where you can barely tell it's running, and then the MIL will flash. When that happens, you need to briefly stab the throttle to WOT. That's what you didn't do, that caused the code 77.
