MY 94 with the 4.9 and e40d tranny is havin some trouble. Randomly at slow sometimes fast and sometimes not at all my tranny will shift incredibly hard like it wants to jump out of the damn truck. . . I hope this doesn't mean a re-build but is there anything specific that it could be. Checked fluid, level is good and fluid i red like its supposed to be. . . I'm at a loss and need some HELP!!!

120,000 miles fluid change at 100,000 no towing or hauling
