I have an 89 F150... 5.0......... I can't seem to find the markings to get my timing back right. Can anyone help me please?

 

Clean up the markings with some emery cloth. Then get some white out and paint the markings and come back and scrap the excess off..... you are left with the timing grooves being bright white. Unplug the spout connector, grab the timing light, and see what you got.
