any one know what fastens the dual tank select switch, mine broke and is now inside the dash

 

As I recall, there are a couple of plastic tabs inside the hole that hold the switch in place. Once they break, I think the whole face of the dash needs to be replaced for a "proper" fix. I ran a small bead of crazy glue on the edge of the switch and pulled it back into place. As long as you keep the glue in the recess along the edge, none is exposed when it's finished.
