dual tanks suck ***/selector keeping my truck from running?

i got NO fuel pressure. i have power at the fuse box/relay. relay is GOOD. no current to either of the pumps. the rear pump is good, the front pump is toast. tank is out, its effing nasty, but im gonna get it dipped and itll be good as new.
what i want to know is, is it the switch or this control valve that sends the current to the pumps? im sure it wouldnt run both pumps at once, and something has to do the swapping between tanks and pumps anyone have any experience with this? thanks

Fuel pump cutoff switch? Hit any hard bumps lately? Check it and reset if needed. It is behind the passengerside kick panel under the dash.

No power to rear tank

I have a similar problem.... When I replaced my leaky rear tank and pump (plus dash switch), I have no power to the pump. I do get 7.5V to the level, but nothing to the pump. So I've just been running my front tank, which now leaks and neds replacing.

When I flip from front to rear, I hear always hear the booster pump come on, but only the front pump gets power. Ideas?

Thanks.
