I have a 94 F250 4x4 EAOD and when it shifts in to 2nd it hits it very hard. Like it throws you in the back seat...
No codes. But i'm thinking its the MLPS...

Is your speedo working? It could be a blown fuse for the interior lights which also feeds the vss sensor which feeds the speedo, and tells the trans what the vehicle speed is so it can shift properly.

When mine did that, it was the throttle position sensor. But it also kicked up a code tho.

I have replaced the VSS... I was thinking TPS but , the funny thing is somtimes around 30mph when i let up off the gas the trans will slip into neutral........ And when the rpms go down I can give it gas and it will slip back into drive......
