OEM CD player for '94 F150

Hello, I have the factory cassette player in my truck and I was wondering if Ford had a CD player as an option in 1994. I'd like to get OEM to keep everything original. Any ideas ?

You could probably use the same one that Ford used in other cars, say the Mustang? I had one in mine.

I don't think Ford offered a CD player as a factory option in '94 for their truck line. I have a '94 F-150 XLT Lariat Flairside fully loaded and mine came with just the AM/FM/cassette too.
