5.0 truck setup
im looking for an ideal setup for a 92 f150 5.0 auto. im looking for a dependable, reliable dd, but id like to have a little more *** behind it. im rebuilding in the spring, and im keeping the bottom end as stock as possible, just looking for some opinions. thanks

The list is long and varied, but there are a ton of performance options for the 302. Most won't affect reliability at all. Some are cheap or even almost free, and you can go from there to spending a lot of smack.
Give us an idea of what your budget and mechanical abilities/time are, and we can help.
If you are rebuilding soon anyway, I'd spend the money and find some GT-40 or GT-40P heads, and swap the cam. The stock heads simply don't flow very well, and you can find these iron heads fairly cheap.
