Does any one know how to read the codes whitout the scanner i know there is some models of cars that you can do that whit the on, off, on or something like this TIA for any help

 

You can but a code reader for about $15. Also you can blink out the codes at the eec connector with a test light, i don't remember the procedure though, try doing a search in these forums, i'm pretty sure it's been covered before.
