'scuse me? this forum is for people who have real problems. no one really wants to see your piece of a truck. please only post if you have a question or a problem. theres millions of those old trucks, and i even have one, but i dont go flooding up the forums with pictures of it

 

So did you just buy it or are you trying to sell it? Either way, I have to say I'm not really into original old trucks but love the custom trucks this model. This would be a great truck though for someone who is looking for one of these in great shape in my opinion. (I hope yall get what I'm trying to say. For some reason it feels like what I just wrote doesn't make sense. Oh well.)

 

WTF Piper? give this guy a break. It's his very first post and he is just showing everyone what he has. Maybe he should read your about your fake claims in the pre-97 post that pissed so many people off (the one about cutting out 4 cylinders). I don't believe you had any useful info to share there, did you? If you post useless stuff, don't get on to anyone else about doing the same thing.

 

well at least i have a productive idea. i dont mean to offend any person on this forum, but a picture that takes up space is more useless than an idea of trying to save gas.

 

People posts pics of their ride all of the time on here just to show them off. All I am saying is that you shouldn't tell this guy that his post is "useless" (not quoting you) if so many other people on here do the same thing all of the time. Oh, and may as well tell you here; if your 94 302 is only getting 6 miles to the gallon, tou've got a problem. My grandpa had a truck the same model and everything and it consistently got 16-17. Either you've got engine problems, or you got a fuel leak somewhere.

 

japickar--Your best bet is to ignore piper. He only comes to these forums to stir things up. He's like the old cranky guy, if you ignore him he'll go away.

pburchett--Nice truck it looks like your triing to sell it. I barely have enough room for my 2 current trucks, and I don't think the wife would like me buying another.

DUDE your truck is sweet. Old trucks are my favorite thing to work on and take pride in....i would KILL to find a truck like yours, in fact for my next project truck, im looking for a early 50's F-1 with a flathead V-8 in it, but college is suckin all the money right now. I love your truck and wish i could take it off your hands for you. My 53 chevy in my sig has around 20 grand in the restoration, and its 100% original except the wheels, which are soon to be replaced with the factory ones. I hope i can find a Ford as straight as yours one day to fix up. Good luck selling it, youll have no problem getting full price!

people like piperc are why I only come here every once in a while. As for the truck its great. I have a 55 F-100 you have to love the fat fenders.
