stock 5 liter mustang headers on a 96 5.0 f 150?

stock 5 liter mustang headers on a 96 5.0 f 150?
will they fit? i know the bolts line up, and that my bud will need to fab the rest of the exhaust up from the headers back, but i am just wondering if anyone has tried this, and if there were clearance issues anywhere by the headers?
