Hey there, I noticed it is very hard to find mods for this year and engine (1987 4.9liter). I have exhaust on it. But for example, I cant find a intake kit or anything like that. If someone could help me so I can find the basic bolt on mods, I would appreciate it, Thanks.

 

The best mod is a v8 swap Other than that check out cliffordperformance.com

you can get new cams and you can get a fipk through k&n long as you have a efi 4.9 also there is a chip you can get and you can get new coil and a good performance kit from www.troyerperformance.com

 

this site is not the best for six info, try some of these. dont swap it out for a V8. it alot better to smoke a V8 truck with a 6. you can get alot off ebay also. the http://fordsix.com/forum/index.php one on the list seems to be the best info forum ive found
