what year bed is interchangeable with 84 f150
i want to put a new bed on my 1984 ford f150 and was wondering what years i could uses. It has a 8 foot bed. A budy of mine has a 2000 bed the same length wondering if that would work?? appreciate the help

as far as I know, the 2000 bed is tapered where the 84 is square.
you could go as late as 96... but the panel will be stamped differently so it will be the same size but with a slightly different side profile.
