I'm stumped.1986 F-150 4x4 Stepside. 5.0L, EOD
The truck is shaking, stumbling, knocking, pinging. From an idle to highway speeds.

I'm only getting 12.3 mpg!

Recient new parts to combat this: cat-back (stock) exaust, rotor, cap, wires, plugs, upper and lower intake gaskets, egr, 8 new bosh type II injectors. MAP sensor.

Tests done: TFI module (tested good twice) No error codes, vacuum is 19" steady, (21" at 2500rpm), fuel pressure a steady 42 lbs (key off) 30 lbs running, timing is 10 degrees BTDC.
What the $^@( is left?

I was getting the same with mine...I changed the o2 sensor and the air temp sensor...and the throttle position sensor. I just filled up this morning and got 19.7 mpg......and I packed as much gas in her till it spilled to the ground...wasn't any more going in!
270 miles...13.7 gallons!
