recently my Max A/C stopped blowing as hard as it used to, now there seems to be no difference between my Max A/C and norm A/C, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check the vaccum lines going through the firewall to the inside...
Sounds like they have come disconnected...
also check your vaccum cansister for leaks...

 

I agree, the differnce between Max and Norm is that Norm takes in outside air and Max recirculates cabin air. If that air mix door is stuck or there is a problem with the vacuum solenoid it will cause your problem.
