Arrow Removing and replacing head lamps?

Not the bulbs but the actual housing. Anyone have an exploded diagram on how to take the front end apart to replace these?

Thanks!

Remove light cluster trim

I hope someone has an answer. I took my truck to the Ford dealer and two mechanics could not tell me how to remove the chrome(plastic) trim so that the front light lenses could be removed.

There are two screws on top that are easy, but the two on the bottom appear impossible to get to. There must be a trick to removing these. My truck is a 92 model.

I hope someone has the answer. Thanks and good luck.

I need an exploded diagram, I may have to go to the dealer and beg for one.

At least I got my headlight lamps for $20 each!

I just adjusted my headlights after my lift kit and had to remove the chrome plastic trim to access the up/down adjusting screws. Even with the haynes diagram it was hard to locate the two back screws. There is holes in back to access these. Just feel around the holes in back and you'll find two studs with nuts on the end. It'll take a 1/4" drive with a 7/16 long socket to get them off. The outside nut came off mine, but the inner side took the whole stud out. If the nut drops don't worry you can get it from underneath, on top of the bumper. As long as you don't have thick forearms you won't have to remove battery or washer fluid tank, just a couple scratches.

See I've got an '88 and I think pretty much the front has to come off aside from the bumper.
