ram air?
Hey there,
I have a 87 f-150 with the I-6 engine, well is there any type of ram air kit or performance air intake kit i can get that will increase my power some but not hit the wallet hard. While on this subject, are there any other performace mods that dont cost alot. Thanks for any suggestions.

PKRWUD has ram air on his I-6 and me along with others have created our own ram air mods . check my gallery for pics .
besides getting more air IN the motor you'll need to get it out too . intake and exhaust would be the first thing i did then move onto other mods .

Yes, You can buy a K & N FIPK, as far as the cold air ram you'll have to "rig" it . i have yet to see an actual "cold air intake kit" for pre 97 trucks . but if ya look at PKRWUD's you'll see how he mounted his FIPK to make it a cold air intake .
