Question Cheap power?

What can I do to my 92 ,5.0 V8 to get some more hosrepower without spending much money?

Define "much money". Are you talking about $500 or $1000 or $10,000. There are numerous things that can be done in all these price ranges. You can start with a exhaust upgrade, air intake kit, chip, etc. and they are all fairly cheap depending upon what you call expensive.

Nitrous probably has the most power per dollar. Think of it as a supercharger on the payment plan.

It would probably be in the 500 to a thousand dollar range. I'm only 16 and i don't have that much money. Do you guys know anything about the spiralmax and if it works?

Get a K&N airfilter or a FIPK , some shorty headers and a free flowing exhaust and possibly a chip. These three mods are doable for under a grand if you shop around. Lower gears like 3.73's or 4.10's would help alot and can be installed for about 500 hundred bucks including the parts.
